Mary C. Nistico


Mary Nistico joined Jackson Ross PLLC in 2015. Mary primarily advises clients with respect to transactional, corporate governance and compliance matters, regularly providing services such as drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements and other contracts, drafting corporate governance documents and preparing legal and regulatory disclosures and filings.

Prior to joining the firm, Mary worked as in house counsel at Rothschild Inc., where she advised on legal and compliance matters pertaining to Rothschild’s investment banking and asset management businesses. Mary also gained litigation experience as an associate at Levi & Korsinsky LLP, where she worked primarily on cases relating to shareholders’ rights.

Mary received her J.D. from the New York University School of Law in 2011 and her B.A. from New York University in 2008. While in law school, Mary served as a board member on the New York University Journal of Law & Liberty.
